Computer Lenovo with error 1962 code on start up ( 5 days) or when it started would freeze computer, leading to loss of work. Eventually crippled the start up routine, which for a person writing a thesis after 2.5 yrs of study a major headache (all backed up). Quickly identified the issues within the hard drive & fixed. Back up and running by 5 pm.

I was referred by Mr. Piers as Mr. Kevin fixed his Apple iMac, I was delighted as we had the same issues, the iMac system hanged the moment it reached the end of the progress bar. Mr. Kevin willingly offered to collect the unit at an agreed time and he was prompt. The problem was the hardisk, he suggested to replace it with an SSD type and loaded the system. It was a quick turn out and again delivered with promptness. A positive experience which prompted this review.
