Computer Lenovo with error 1962 code on start up ( 5 days) or when it started would freeze computer, leading to loss of work. Eventually crippled the start up routine, which for a person writing a thesis after 2.5 yrs of study a major headache (all backed up). Quickly identified the issues within the hard drive & fixed.
